Hello everyone, it’s been a very interesting summer and fall. And as most of you already know custom ordering is back open but with a couple caveats.
Rule 1: Only customers local to Izmir and a member of the Meeples community can order.
Rule 2: Payments must be made with meeple points or with cash in person. IBAN is strongly discouraged.
I appreciate your understanding and am looking forward to helping everyone get the things they are looking for.
For those who are new to the group, here are a couple common questions and answers.
What is custom ordering?
Custom ordering is an import option that allows our group members to request individual cards through our import system. Cards are requested very specifically for the set, foiling, and quantity needed. This option is especially helpful for members that are having trouble locating a specific version, quantity, or foiling of a card they need for deckbuilding. Pricing is based on cardkingdom price per card and has no other fees or taxes added. No shipping fees. No customs fees. Nothing extra. Just cardkingdom pricing. Shipping times vary but on average, cards arrive, are sorted and delivered in about 4 weeks.
If something is missing, damaged, or shipped with the incorrect version, we arbitrage with the seller to request refunds or request replacements. You will be notified of the change in delivery and the status as things are corrected. If a refund is received, you are given the option to cancel the order for a full refund or to try again from another seller.
How do I request a custom order?
A custom order is first put together as a moxfield.com decklist. You can specify the version of each card, quantity, and foiling for each card. It is recommended to double check your buy list to be sure of the things you are buying. Then the decklist is provided to our MTG card manager, Marc Lemere, via whatsapp, text or email. The decklist in moxfield will show at the bottom of the screen the total price for all cards. This number will be used to request payment before the cards are ordered. As mentioned above in the update, payment can be made with your meeples points or cash at our Meeples location in Hatay/Konak, Izmir, Turkey.
